This hinged grate easily allows you to put in extra charcoal or even move them around while still cooking food. The original was quite frustrating, you easily could drop your food onto the ground while trying to access the hot charcoals. While one should have bought the larger grill for cooking beyond several people, I’m stuck with my 18 incher and the hinged grill is a must have, I can guarantee you can’t live without it or you’ll always say I should have bought one when it’s too late to do so

Tish Boyle writes a wonderful book to make cakes. There are many recipes that can be expected. What distinguishes them, who spends his time speaking about the nature of different cakes, ingredients and techniques. What makes this book much more than just a book of recipes for cakes.

The book begins with a general discussion of the ingredients. Says exactly the differences in flour, fats, sugars and other sweeteners leaveners, nuts and dried fruit and otherFlavor additives. The book then goes on equipment baking paper. I like showing what is essential, and therefore what you should ideally have. Your cake table size is wonderful. So many times I have often wondered the volume, it would be strange to keep a ball cake.

Before getting into the recipes, which she describes the preparation of various cake pan carefully. I like that she describes the differences between the lubrication of a pan, or the addition of fat and flour. Great product, just what I was hoping for. The flat blade totally stops food from spinning around when you’re flipping the skewer on the grill and the length is perfect. The food stays on while cooking but is easy to slide off when you’re done. I wish I had bought these a couple of summers ago, they are so much better than wood/bamboo skewers. You simply can’t beat this price + quality combination (currently less than for the set of 4 skewers).
